Высота всей страницы
Думаю не раз придётся столкнутся с небходимостью определить высоту полностью всей страницы, по этому прилагаю скрипт решения данной задачки, для определения значения результат записываем в переменную, а потом извлекаем, к примеру нужна высота всей страницы :
var a = getPageSize();
height = a[1];
